Amazing Tours. We would do it again!! One of the best experiences we’ve had. Everything was great from the beginning. The planning, communication, and execution was spot-on. The guides are knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about showing-off their wonderful country. The tours were timely and well managed. I don’t know how they did it, but our cool even managed to make me a birthday cake in the Amazon with no stove! We highly recommend Tour in Peru and i would use them again in the future.

Excelente Viaje Muy buen servicio desde que llegamos a Cusco hasta nuestro retorno a Lima. Muy puntuales, responsables, detallistas. El guía que nos acompaño en City Tour, Valle Sagrado, Ollantaytambo, el Sr. Elias, conocía mucho de la historia de cada lugar y siempre estivo atento a nuestras consultas. El chofer de nuestro tour privado Sr. Danilo, muy amable y siempre puntual. Recomiendo a Tour in Perú, si desean visitar Cusco y pasar unos días muy agradables.

Tour in Peru review and recommendation We choose Tour in Peru to help us with our honeymoon trip to Peru, and I’m so thankful we did. They made the planning process easy, their communication was awesome before, and during the trip. We felt safe our entire time and every guide we had was great. The tour guides spoke English and were passionate about their culture. Tour in Peru know the in’s and out’s of the city, tickets, tour, train and every question and requirement we had, they went above and and beyond to take care of us. Their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. They were on time to every activity, and personable. We have travel internationally before, but for Peru, having a tour company is necessary. Tour in Peru did an amazing job and we highly recommend them!

7 days in Cusco I bought an Experience in Cusco for my sister's 50's birthday. They customized the experience for her, accommodate to her own pacing when hiking on the archaeological sites. Unfortaunately, when she was in Aguas Calientes, the rail service was suspended due to locals protesting. However, Edson Caceres and Vilma, the guide in Aguas calientes, did a great job keeping my sister and us comfortable and informed of the situation. They transfer her back to Cuzco as soon as it was posible and accommodated her experience to the remaining days. Juvenal and Guillermo were very knowledgeable and patient during her experience.

Wrong date, excuses and unprofessional - better book Machu Picchu yourself We booked a one day trip to Machu Picchu directly with Tour in Peru and about 5 months before the travel date. Everything was confirmed, we payed appr. a third of the due amount upfront and clarified (in a lot of emails) every little detail of the trip.Four days before the planned day trip the emailed us saying they are thinking to reschedule the date because of "social difficulties" in Peru (there were some strikes going on in Lima that did not affect the Cuzco region). We answered, gave them all information they asked us for. No response whatsoever. Later they would say that the e-mail did not go out because they wrote it at the end of the business day.A day before the trip we called them and they said that the Culture Ministry sold too many tickets to Machu Picchu on our date so we might not be able to enter. They said they are trying everything to solve the issue and will call us back. Since they never called back and everytime we called them had another excuse we (fortunately being fluent in spanish) reached the Ministry that said that tickets on our name and passport number were booked the day before.After confronting Tour in Peru with their mistake they yet found another excuse ("Corona"), still denying any wrongdoing and proposed that we use our rented car to travel to Aguas Calientes ("Machu Picchu Village") the same day and try to get into Macchu Picchu in the afternoon the day after. However they "can't guarantee that we get a ticket". By the way: there is no way to get to Aguas Calientes other than by train (which of course was also sold out) - great suggestion!In the end we managed to find tickets and train rides for an entrance three days after originally planned (something the agency could have booked for us as well if they were somewhat constructive). Tour in Peru cost us a lot of nerves and time.You can book the tickets to Machu Picchu directly on the website of the Culture Ministry and Train tickets with Peru Rail or Inka Rail. I believe that this agency in general does work (at least they returned our money after we advertised them we would involve the police if they wouldn't), but unfortunately if they get it wrong, they react terribly and unprofessionaly.

Excelente Recomiendo 1000000% esta agencia de tours. Con mi novia reservamos con ellos nuestros tours a Machu Picchu y Humantay y no nos podemos quejar. Manuel fue de una ayuda incalculable y nos acompañó por whatsapp durante todo el proceso aclarando dudas y dándonos recomendaciones.

Realmente una experiencia inolvidable! Desde el primer momento Manuel quien nos asesoro sobre las excursiones con muchísima cordialidad y buena predisposición, siempre atentos a cualquier consulta o solicitud nuestra, también quiero destacar la amabilidad y conocimiento de nuestro guía en el camino del inka (2 días) Juan Carlos quien realmente es un apasionado de su trabajo, nos contó la historia del pueblo quechua y los Incas y nos condujo por el camino mágico que es el camino del inka hasta la puerta del sol. Realmente una experiencia inolvidable!
